Submission Guidelines

The MILI PUBLICATIONS publishes two research periodicals having a common manuscript submission procedure. Authors wishing to submit a paper to any journal should mail to mili@mililink.com. Submissions will only be considered in English. Papers should be typed or word-processed in double spacing throughout, with wide margins and on one side of the paper.

 

Electronic Submission

You may submit papers electronically as .pdf, .ps, or .doc files (No other types of file are acceptable and please submit only one file) via email: mili@mililink.com or respective Journal’s ID (aams or aass@mililink.com). Papers sent this way are generally reviewed more quickly than papers sent by post. You will be sent an acknowledgement once we have confirmed your file is printable. In all other respects, for advice on submitting a paper, please follow the Submission Guidelines below.

 

Hardcopy Submission

Manuscripts, in duplicate, may be submitted to the Managing Editor, or to a member of the Editorial Board of the concerned journal at the address of the Publisher given below: The Editors,

Editorial Policy

Articles received are immediately put before the referees/members of the Editorial Board for their opinion who generally pass on the same in six weeks’ time or less. In case of a clear recommendation for publication, the paper is accommodated in an issue to appear next. Every effort is made to publish a paper duly recommended by a referee within a period of three months.

 

Copyright

It is assumed that the submitted manuscript has not been published and will not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere for publication. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their articles is transferred to the publisher, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources. Authors are reminded that they should retain a copy of anything submitted for publication since neither the Journal nor the publisher can accept liability for any loss.

 

Proofs

PDF proofs of a paper will be e-mailed to the corresponding author or requested otherwise for corrections after the paper is accepted for publication on the basis of the recommendation of referees. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publisher.

 

Article Processing Charges

firefoxThe authors having institutional/grant support are requested to pay article processing charges of their papers at the rate of USD 30.00 per page, if and when the paper is accepted. For authors in India this charge will apply at the rate of Rs. 500.00 per page. Contributors will receive twenty-five reprints of their papers.

The authors having no grant support may also submit their papers mentioning waiver request in their submission letter. The waived authors will receive E-reprints (PDF file) only.

Authors may order additional reprints of their articles prior to publication.

Abstract and References

Papers must begin with a concise and representative abstract, and they should list at least one Mathematics Subject Classification and Keywords. Statements of Theorems, Lemmas and Propositions should be set in italics and references should be placed at the end of the paper, arranged and numbered in alphabetical order of the first author's names. In the text, reference numbers should be enclosed in square brackets to distinguish them from formula numbers.
